We collect the following information when you use our service:

• Account information: Phone number, name, and email address you provide during signup.
• Property information: Your property address and details from public TCAD records, plus any corrections or additional information you provide through our questionnaire.
• Photos and documents: Images of property condition issues and any documents you upload to support your appeal.
• Usage data: How you interact with our website, including pages visited and features used.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To file and manage your property tax protest with the Travis Central Appraisal District (TCAD).
• To generate evidence packets supporting your protest, including AI-assisted analysis.
• To communicate with you about your appeal status, settlement offers, and account.
• To process payment for our services after a successful reduction.
• To improve our service and develop new features.

3. Public Records

Property data displayed on our website (assessed values, property characteristics, sale history) is sourced from publicly available Travis Central Appraisal District records. This data is available to anyone under the Texas Public Information Act. We do not sell or redistribute owner contact information obtained from public records.

4. AI Processing

We use artificial intelligence (Anthropic Claude) to analyze your property data, generate evidence narratives, and provide settlement recommendations. Your property data and uploaded photos may be sent to Anthropic's API for processing. Anthropic does not use API data to train their models. We do not share your personal contact information with AI providers.

5. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL database and file storage) hosted in the United States. Photos and documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We retain your data for the duration of your account plus 3 years for legal and tax record purposes.

6. Data Sharing

We share your information only with:

• TCAD: Your property details and evidence packet as part of your protest filing.
• Payment processor: Stripe processes payments. We do not store credit card numbers.
• Email provider: Resend delivers transactional emails on our behalf.

We never sell your personal information to third parties.

7. Your Rights

You may request to view, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. You may also close your account, which will remove your personal information from active use. Public TCAD property records are not affected by account deletion.
